Self Parking Lexus LS460

So the Lexus LS460 can park itself. Apparently.
The editors of Automobile Magazine test it out in this video. First they park it themselves. Then they let the car park itself. One of the two attempts nearly takes out a Ford Five-Hundred and a people-carrier. Guess which one?

I’m actually surprised it wasn’t the editors, though I’m sure their incompetence had a lot to do with the car’s problems - they obviously didn’t even have a clue how it worked when they started.
I thought that was the point that it was supposed to be easy to use. After all the manual is only to be consulted as a last resort when all else fails. First rule of being a man. *nods*
