   Sod the house move tomorrow, the main thing is all about you getting better.

   As I mentioned before, I am sure your friends/family will help out with the house move while you rest.

   I’d offer to help with the move (OK, I know I’m not the butchest or strongest or best at walking of people - but - I do have a car which comes in handy for moves) except you’re at the other end of the country and I’ve got to take the cat to the vet at 12:45.

   Sounds very painful and nasty. But, pus can be kinda fun in a gross way, so, I hope it was a good pus explosion for you.

   Geez Aaron… This sucks but I think moving should be the least of your concerns right now. Worry about getting better, there must be someone else who could worry about moving things for you.

   If you need any help, the offer still stands;) Anything to stop you worrying about moving. Plus, I bet Rob would help out.
