Nortel Networks Meridian Norstar Compact Plus

Okay. I’m a new administrator for a Nortel Networks Meridian Norstar Compact Plus (what a mouthful!) private exchange.
I’ve run into a problem activating CCR (Custom Call Routing). Whenever I hit Feature-*-8-3-2 I get “Denied in admin” appearing on my phone. What have I done wrong to cause this? Any ideas?
