Memories

This song reminds me of Easter Camp at RAF Stafford. Damn, that was like three years ago now…

  • Light vs Sound

Light travels faster than sound. That’s why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

    Regarding my last post:

I don’t want to explain the whole situation again. If you know what happened, please tell the people who asked what happened in comments to my last post.

(Comments to this post are off, I don’t want to duplicate stuff - comment on the last post if you want)

  • Two honest purchases

I made two honest software license code purchases today. Both highly worthwhile, and highly deserving.

First was the Salling Clicker by Salling.
    Second was Uplink by Ambrosia/Introversion.

I’m getting better and more honest by the day!

  • Anal Glaucoma

I just got this email from my mum:

The next time you feel like taking a day off try this line…
Employee…..”I’m sorry but I can’t come in today. I am suffering from Anal Glaucoma.”
    Boss……..”Anal Glaucoma? What’s that?”
Employee….”I just can’t see my ass coming to work!”

  • DELCA

    Wow, this is interesting…

    From Slashdot:
“The students at Copenhagen’s new IT University will soon be guided by invisible, but talkative digital agents, known as ghosts or Disembodied Location-specific Conversational Agents. The ghosts are to compete amongst themselves for privileges such as better vocabulary or the ability to clone themselves. Ignored ghosts can die out completely. This project is a lot more serious than it sounds at face value - several papers have been published already.”

You know you’re geeky when you find things like this amusing (and understand what it does!):

who | grep -i sexy | date; cd ~; unzip; touch; strip; finger; mount; gasp; yes; uptime; umount; sleep
