Last night I installed the Developer Preview of OS X 10.3. One word: Wow. It’s amazing. Fair do’s, it is a little rough around the edges, and apps do unexpectedly quit more than I’d like, but it’s unfinished work. Exposé is fucking brilliant. And the new-style interface is cool too…

So… yeah. I’ve not updated my journal in like… forever. Oh well.

I’ve not been at home for almost two weeks. And I have to go back today, and I don’t want to. But Cat’s going to Nice tomorrow… I want to go to cool places like that dammit. It’s not fair.

Anyway, um… yeah. Went to Jon’s house on Monday with Cat. Amy (Jamie’s girlfriend) was there. Apparently Jamie organised a gathering type thing at Jon’s house, and he forgot to turn up. Heh. So the four of us watched Donnie Darko then Amy had to leave. Then me, Cat and Jon went back and I can’t remember what we did then. Ate and stuff. But it was good. I’ve seen a lot of Jon recently, and that can only be a good thing.

On Tuesday me and Cat went to Nando’s with Hannah, Dave, Jenny and Tom. Nando’s is coooooooool. I like it there. And the ice cube machine is fucking hilarious. Especially when Tom took up two glasses, put one under and entirely filled it up with ice. Cos then he tried to put half of them in the other glass… except they all went in the other glass. So he tried again and threw most of them over the floor. Haha. Tom is silly. And then there were the “Did we Cluck up” response cards that Tom and Dave drew all over, with “The Adventures Of Follow Through”. I have only one thing to say about that: “Do you know the name of the person who served you today? No……….“.

Wednesday… wow, what happened Wednesday? Oh yeah. We went to London on Wednesday. Cos I needed shoes. So now I have cool shoes. Yay. Wednesday evening me and Cat stayed round Hannah’s (Dave was there too), and we watched Donnie Darko again. And loads of music vides. And “Beavis and Butthead”. Never seen that before but it’s damn funny.

Thursday. Woke up, watched more MTV2. Left Hannah and Dave and went to KFC. Not been to KFC in ages. McDonald’s Quarter Pounders normally win me over. Went home cos had to get up for family therapy on Friday.

Friday. Went to family therapy. Went and sat in KFC again. Got attacked by Dave’s gazebo at Hannah’s house. Went and met Cat after she finished work. Went back to Cat’s house. Went to Hannah’s party, which was really really cool, even though I didn’t know most of the people there. But Nick was there! I’ve not seen Nick in like FOREVER. And Hannah’s uncle is really coool…. I was incredibly drunk/stoned. I swear Cat was walking in circles on the way home. We passed Elwill Way like 234907823409872340987234 times. Heh. Then I collapsed into bed.

Today. Woke up still stoned/drunk. Remained like that until a couple of hours ago.

Now? Not wanting to leave Cat.
