LiveJournal is kinda screwed right now. Anything that is a BML page (comments, userinfo, update, etc) is screwed. If you need to update use the client.

its funny the main page at http://www.livejournal.com doesnt want to work but about everything else does..
any idea how they broke it?

It seems like the BML preprocessor (/cgi-bin/bmlp.pl) was modified and broken… that’s why anything that ends in “.bml” is dead. Uh… WAS dead ;)
